At GMASVG we believe compensation claims settled when the sufferer is alive should be treated in the same way as claims that are settled after death. Compensation claims for asbestos-related lung cancer should be treated in the same way as claims for mesothelioma.

We believe that the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme (DMPS) should be funded in a more sustainable way. Ultimately, the DMPS should be extended to help people with other asbestos-related diseases as well.
